"Imagine showing up for your stay...you've booked thru Hotels.com, paid your money, got your confirmation...weeks ago. And the clerk, (although very kind and left with the aftermath of a corporate decision) tells you that there is nothing set out in your name. So you dig out the old emails, get the numbers and they eventually get you settled. But the next morning you go thru it all over again and they tell you you have to leave because they are over booked by 72 rooms and that the corporate off has decided that they can make more from concert goers coming to town for the BTS show, than those who booked weeks ahead. I have to ask, where is the advantage of booking thru Hotels.com?"
