"You know, one bad apple can ruin a good bunch. There was an overnight person working named Rodney, he was TERRIBLE! He allowed people who were not staying at the hotel to party in the pool 2 of the nights, the pool was DISGUSTING, cloudy and had a film. He gave all of the towels away and left us to use hand towels to dry off the next morning. When confronted he was rude, demeaning, inconsiderate, insulting and disrespectful. Tha manager was so very nice when we chatted with her about him. But as long as he is an employee here, I would 100% recommend finding another hotel to stay at unfortunately. The hotel was nice. The elevator was a little creepy and seemed like it could use some service. Breakfast was decent, not the best or worst I’ve had. "

"Been here multiple times. Staff is very friendly and hotel is clean. Gym is adequate. The water in the gym is never useable and tv is out of order. Other than that it’s my go to place to stay for business. "

"The staff was nice and pleasant. However, we had a suite and were only provided 1 bath towel and 1 washcloth. In addition the sofa bed had old dirty bedding on it from a prior guest and a lot of trash under it. The room was comfortable other than that. The locks on the side doors do not work. So they left the lock latch out so it stayed unlocked open all the time. "

"Elevetor is out for about a week now and Iam on the 4th floor, I have knees problem up and down the stairs is killing me special after 12 hr shift standing on my legs then I have to deal with the stais after work. The price is still high per night even with no elevator. Management can do better to accommodate the customers. 1 or 2 days is understandable but a week? "
