Absolutely perfect stay! Beautiful room, lovely staff & location amazing. Hotel in a quiet street but super close to the centre/beach/ restaurants etc. Easy walk to the main station too for exploring other areas. Would definitely recommend x

Gorgeous boutique hotel a stones throw from the beach but feels like a hidden gem. Beautiful building and rooms set behind a great courtyard with bar, boule and sun loungers to relax on. Loved it

Yes our room was in a location with excellent views. The owner of the hotel was most helpful as were all the staff. My only concern is that although my wife and I are in our eighties and still relatively fit the steep stairs could prove a challenge for some. Can’t wait for our next visit.

Quite the best service and friendliness of any hotel in which I have ever stayed in Monaco or anywhere else on the Riviera.

Beautiful hotel, fabulous bedroom, great shower and toiletries and amazing breakfast. Staff both on reception and breakfast room were so friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in an ideal spot, a short walk to the tram station, seafront and restaurants.

Good location, large clean rooms and staff were super friendly and helpful. Plus free pastries every morning was a lovely touch

There is no enough private parking space but a large public parking is just cross the street. The sea view is great and room is clean.

The room was clean & spacious and had air conditioning. The breakfast was versatile combining with hot food, cereals and fruits. The staff were all exceptional making our stay enjoyable.

Fantastic location, wonderful staff and great rooms. Everything feels very new and fresh — I believe the hotel was refurbished only about three years ago. This was our second August staying here, and we absolutely loved it again. We’re already planning to come back next year!

Fantastic experience staying at the Palais Saleya Apartment & Suite, with friendly and helpful staff. Stayed here for 10 days, family of 3. Location is superb with access to many amenities - easy access to food, shopping and beach. Easy access from the airport either via public bus or via taxi. Have stayed in other hotels along the Nice Promenade and have thoroughly enjoyed a change to staying in a well equipped apartment instead. Highly recommended for the more adventurous !

Spacious, comfortable room with balcony overlooking the sea. Really nice staff. They lend you a deck chair and umbrella to take on the beach. Italian restaurant next door. Supermarket round the corner. Deli and bakery very nearby. Bus to Menton outside the hotel but timetable is not great and does not work for an evening out. A good 30-40 mins walk to Menton centre. Near station for trains towards Nice etc and into Italy. Really nice overall.

We stayed only one night and it was excellent. The staff were charming, delightful , professional and so helpful. This was especially so of the receptionists, the barman and the lady who ran the breakfast kitchen . We had a twin bedded, 3rd floor room, facing the sea, which had been extensively renovated . The decor was delightful, and the bathroom was a real triumph of style and colour. The view naturally enough was superb and the balcony was enhanced by a variety of succulent plants , just...

Staff very friendly and welcoming. Location is very central. Only a few minutes walk from the tram station and from there only twenty minutes to Terminal 1 at the airport.

Rooms were very spacious and the bathrooms very impressive. The beds were huge and comfortable. Staff were all very polite and friendly.

Lovely hotel very friendly and relaxed. Location is amazing close to everything and great transport links.

Lovey stay. Clean rooms , could not fault it.
