Struttura ben tenuta. Ottimo il ristorante ma si mangia solo a la carte. Colazione a buffet ottima In piscina c'è troppo caos nell orario bimbi. Non ha i servizi di una 4 stelle S. Non c'è solarium/sdraio in primavera o inverno e non ci sono tavolini all aperto. Ci sono molte scale e con passeggini/carrozzine si è obbligati a prendere montacarichi molto lenti. Rampe assenti Abbiamo passato lì 2 notti con un bimbo. Molto attenti alla pulizia

Siamo stati ospiti di questo meraviglioso Hotel nel mese di gennaio 2026 e non riusciamo a trovare una nota negativa…atmosfera accogliente,pulizia eccellente,cortesia top sin dalla reception. I camerieri del ristorante molto gentili e cortesi,attenti a qualsiasi richiesta…ciliegina sulla torta ,una meravigliosa SPA rigenerante dopo una giornata trascorsa sulla neve. Non è assolutamente da meno il servizio mini club,che ci ha permesso di trascorrere qualche ora di spensieratezza…il nostro bambino si è divertito molto e gli animatori sono molto empatici. Non possiamo fare altro che dare 5 stelle superior!!!!!

Piacevole sorpresa

Prenotato per una fuga di due giorni abbiamo trovato un posto magnifico in una posizione pttima per chi vuole fare passeggiate, trecking, bicicletta o cavallotra le montagne. Servizi ottimi personale attento e presente e cibo sia a colazione (abbondante con dolci di produzione propria) e rustorante all'altezza di un 4 stelle ma con prezzi da 3 stelle. La pisvina riscaldata interna ed esterna e la spa fornitissima sino un plus della struttura, sopratutto perché compresa. Naturalmente per il periodo abbiamo trovato poca gente ma gli spazi sono ampi e anche con più clienti penso sia all'altezza.

È il terzo anno di fila che veniamo a passare 2 giorni di relax in questo posto meraviglioso di pace, intorno ci sono dei paesini bellissimi, la natura domina in questa piana tra le montagne, ci sono piste per camminare , correre e andare in bici. Le mucche al pascolo fanno da splendida cornice

Una piacevole struttura,il personale della reception non era preparato sugli accessi alla spa perche' alcuni ci dicevano che l'acceson era contingentato e altri che era libero quindi abbiamo dovuto fare piu' chiamate per capire come era il regolamento della spa.Rivedrei anche la politica prezzi del.bar,non mi e'mai capitato anche in strutture molto blasonate di pagare unospritz 10€ senza stuzzichini Per il resto una bella struttura con una bella piscina la spa un po limitata

This Hotel is completely new and almost entirely made of pumice stones which overall give a taste of "ancient but modern". Facilities one of the best spa I have seen and leisure club, contemporary bar and award winning restaurant, ample free car parking and wifi. Staff is extremely kind and polite. Have a massage with Marco. Highly recommended.

The place to go and just relax. Breakfast is excellent and the coffee superb. We were taken care of by Fillipo on our first meal and he made us feel welcomed. He spoiled us. He is a good ambassador for the hotel, but all of the staff were friendly and always helpful.

Giusto Relax!

Il Resort ci ha fornito la possibilità di rilassarsi e di recuperare dopo giornate di Sport intenso. Importante essere in grado di riprendere il giorno dopo. L'aspetto del "Benessere" e ben considerato; colazione e servizio del tutto adeguati allo scopo.
