The property and stuff is very good. There is construction going on near the hotel, other than that everything is wonderful.

We had an issue with the overwhelming smell of smoke that came from our neighbors room and although they were not supposed to smoke because it’s a smoke free facility, they did not stop smoking and when we brought that up with management they changed our room and upgraded us. Management dealt with it appropriately but they still should reinforce the NO smoking policy.

Luggage and bell boy service not reliable. They will make you miss your flight. Allow 1-2 hours for them to come and help! Expect lousy excuses.

New hotel and furniture. They need to improve their staff and their service. No flixbility for the check in and check out timing. They have to train their staff how to communicate with guests. I called the front desk to provide water (make up the room) their response was shocking to me, the lady answered my call said water bottle will cost you 25 SAR. First time in my life traveling everywhere never happened that the room make up with water will cost money. At the same time the lady asked me about check out while it's still early morning, not checkout time yet.
