"Better instructions for taxi drivers to find location as the location is in rapid construction development. Once you have determined your location and recognition by Uber cabs its relatively easy to get into the city of Riyadh. As a service apartment it’s lacking basics like crockery and cutlery. If anything was lacking they would try sort it asap. The front staff Hussein and Mossad were helpful and friendly. Few local supermarkets and small takeaways shops. "Very poor experience - asked for iron for clothes, they provided partially damaged one and full of dirt. I cleaned the iron using the small towel in the room and was asked to pay for the towel as it had more than normal dirt!! Hotel claimed that damaged which was not the case but did not accepted their fault of handing a dirt accumulated iron which if not cleaned would have left my shirt non usabale for the day!!! "
