"This property is gorgeous , the staff and services are premium. The food is delicious. The surrounding is beautiful and amazing. If you have a car, I strongly recommend it. I like everything except the earlier afternoon shuttle service. The hotel provides free shuttle service to nearby ski resort Annupuri. It has 7:30, 8:30am shuttle to Annupuri, and 3pm pick up from Annupuri. The only way to get back to hotel is by taxi if you missed the 3pm shuttle; however, taxi is hard to find overall. If...

"I've never cried when I left a hotel because the stay was so wonderful. Why do people love Japan, specifically Hokkaido, and Moiwa most of all? Because of the people. The kindness and love of Manager Shiina, the amazing and fantastic Chef Ishii, Chef & resident Francophile Mrs. Keiko, Nagajima, and Thai speaker Saiparn are what guests remember. "景色もよくこじんまりとしていて清潔でよかったですが、部屋のテーブルがかなり傾いていて使いづらかったのでそこだけが残念でした。共用スペースのポットのお湯が少なくなっていましたが水道がなく、どこで足せばいいか分かりませんでした。呼んで足してもらうほどではなかったので使用しませんでしたが、何か案内があればありがたかったです。静かで過ごしやすかったです。"
