"First impressions when we arrived, was that the hotel was in an uninviting area. We had to push a few door bells and it was all automated opening. It felt a bit too easy to get in to the building, which raised concerns about security. When we got to the room it was nicely set-up for our toddler, and a spacious place. During our stay, we experienced an unacceptable incident: the inside handle on our room door came off, trapping us inside the room around dinner time.
