"Good price, quiet property. They do state somewhere in their web page that they're no longer a bed and breakfast, it would be better to really put that up front, perhaps take the bed and breakfast sign down from inside the kitchen. It was nice to have tea and coffee, thank you. Surprising, but not totally unusual in this day and age to not see a single person from the property, that all contact was done via notes."

"The main complaint I have is that the bed is very uncomfortable. I barely sleep due to the poor quality of the mattress. The hotel and the clerk at the check in desk were wonderful."

"Nice clean property with an excellent friendly staff. We were there unknowingly during bike week, so there was a lot of motorcycle noise from the main street. The hotel is situated right at a traffic light. The only other issue we encountered was at certain times there was a lot of noise from the floors above and the people next door to our room. "Quiet and relaxing even with a fairly full occupancy. Comfortable beds, everything I would have expected at a much higher priced motel. The mimic split cooling system gave the familiar comfort of being home."

"Very nice breakfast in a quaint barn room. Would have been nice to have drapes that better darkened the room, but overall a nice room. Location is convenient to all the Conway attractions but far enough away to be quiet."

"They were doing renovations during our stay so there was a little mess associated with that. Our room was spotless and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. It was a great spot for our visit and would go there again."

"This was a clean room close to all shopping the front desk gentleman was very kind helpful and gave us a Dunkin gift card for coffees ! This place was fantastic with a beautiful view of the mountains with our own balcony!"

"Comfortable, clean and convenient, staff was friendly and really enjoyed the pool/hot tub after a long day. Breakfast and parking was plentiful, will definitely stay here again. Only issue: Bottled water was only upon request and limited per person yet coffee, tea and hot water was available all the time without asking."

"The rooms were well kept and although the facility is a little older, it didnt feel that way too much. Indoor pool looked nice and the family room area is spacious. As with inns that have been renovated, you will need to carry luggage upstairs."

"Room was clean but, very very small bathroom, very uncomfortable bed, flat hard pillows, we left after one night because of the bed. We expected better based on price we paid and description. Breakfast was okay, chocolate chip cookies were good."

"A new hotel that was clean and had VERY friendly staff! We went biking each day and kept the bikes in the stairwell rack. (I noticed there was a bike/ski room, but our key wouldn't work on that, the rack was just fine so I didn't ask for something different) The room had nice linens, great coffee/hot water, and good lighting. The only thing I really missed was a microwave for a quick reheat of leftovers. We will stay again!"
