"Unique property with gorgeous river views throughout. Friendly staff and nice amenities. Rooms are wonderful. With a little more modernization to the historic parts of bldg, this hotel would be outstanding!"

"Power went out Friday. I was surprised the generator only worked for the AC. It was out for several hours. I stayed at the hotel because my power was out at home. Disappointed to stay in a hotel without a full generator. No offer to reduce cost of the stay was another disappointment."

"We live seeing the freighters on the river. We booked this hotel for a two night getaway and we absolutely loved it. The views were great. Our room was very clean and a mix of old school and modern. The pool was clean and perfect for the 98° days! They also have the River Crab restaurant attached to the property right on the water, and the food is amazing. Great get away and pet friendly…we will be back soon!"
