"My daughter and I stayed for a week. The check in staff and shuttle driver were all lovely. The restaurant/bar staff were a bit hit and miss. The room was very nice, shower amazing, good charging pod which was a bonus. There were no drawers which was difficult for a weeks stay. We ate 1 night at the hotel and it was awful. It was 35 Euro per head for a buffet starter of antipasti veg (some very nice) and the same limp salad, meat and cheese served at breakfast. The desserts were...

"Ho soggiornato presso l'Hotel K2 tra maggio e giugno e l'esperienza è stata davvero molto positiva. La posizione è uno dei punti di forza della struttura: si trova in pieno centro a Sauze d'Oulx, a pochi passi da negozi, ristoranti e dai principali percorsi escursionistici, risultando quindi molto comoda per chi ama la montagna e le attività all'aria aperta. "Il personale gentile e disponibile, la posizione innegabilmente ottima, ottimo il parcheggio (a pagamento), il rapporto qualità prezzo un disastro, le camere (anche se mi risulta che alcune sono state già ristrutturate) sono anni 70, non ci sono prese elettriche vicini ai comodini ... moquette bah ... ribadisco il costo non è assolutamente commisurato alla camera. Spero facciano quanto prima un upgrade nel qual caso potrò prendere nuovamente in considerazione di soggiornare nella struttura....

"cela a mal débuté car quand je suis arrivé il n'y avait personne à la réception , j'ai du appelé quelqu'un qui est arrivé au bout de plusieurs minutes. Sinon le reste c'est bien passé ; le diner correct et le petit déjeuner très bien. les pavés de la route résonnent au passage des voitures."

"The Lobby is great. Has a very nice atmosphere with live music and a gorgeous fireplace. Staff is very kind and professional. However, rooms are too small considering the kind of luggage that’s usually carried for winter sports. Also rooms are somehow noisy. The restaurant serves a good breakfast but they should improve the availability of all the dishes they offer. Some of those we wished to order were unavailable. "

"Hôtel bien situé et confortable. Mais pas digne du standing qu'il prétend avoir. 20€ l'entrée au spa pour un sauna et un hammam en panne et un jacuzzi froid, c'est un peu exagéré. Le matin, les couloirs sont encombrés par les chariots et le soir, on trouve de la vaisselle devant les portes des chambres. Pas digne d'un 4 étoiles."
