"The staff was excellent. The location in conjunction with Mayo was the best I could have asked for. Everything was easy to book, check in, and navigate."
"My one complaint is the lack of sufficient AC outlets near the beds. There was a single duplex outlet between the beds that had a lamp and an alarm clock plugged in. There was no way to plug in my CPAP machine without unplugging the clock. A simple solution would be to use a table lamp with additional AC outlets as I have seen in other hotels."
Staybridge Suites Rochester - Mayo Clinic Area by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"The staff was friendly and helpful: The rooms are well appointed (good size refrigerator, coffee maker, silverware), clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were very comfortable! Breakfast was pretty average fare. The coffee is pretty cheap. Other than that, we loved everything about the hotel. We would stay here again when visiting the Mayo Clinic."
Holiday Inn Express Rochester South - Mayo Area by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"The first room we were given did not have a working AC unit nor a working landline phone to call the desk. (Walking down to talk to the gal at the desk was easy, I just found it humorous that I couldn’t call her from the room. The second room we were given was awesome! And breakfast was great (pancake machine, omelets, biscuits and gravy, etc) I would stay here again if we are in the area."
