When I pay almost $400 so I can go to my appointments at Mayo and I can’t even get a work refrigerator in my room there is a huge problem. There were broken promises after promises to take care of the issues. Nothing happened. Was not a pleasant stay. Very disappointing. Should have just stayed somewhere cheaper would have gotten better service for less money.

The sheets and towels in our room were dirty and had to be replaced. The hot tub was also very dirty…my daughter broke out in a rash after. We will not be recommending this specific hotel to anyone.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was good, had scrambled eggs, sausage and make your own waffles. It also had many extras: toast, bagels, hot and cold cereal and fruit. There were some minor repairs that needed to be done, but nothing that was disruptive to the comfort and safety of our stay.

I want to start off by saying the front desk staff was always nice. The staff who wasn't, was the woman doing breakfast who hushed my mom while she walked around talking on a Bluetooth the whole time. The beds were decent (I got 2 rooms), my bathrooms rug had very noticeable stains on it and it looks like they just threw the towels above the toilet but that was whatever. The window screen was visibly broke where thank god flies/bugs aren't crazy or I could only imagine (I wasnt worried for safety as it was third floor), the room was a little musty too so we had to keep the window open the whole time. In the second room the a/c didnt work until morning when we were packing up (my mom tried turning it on during the night at some point). The pool was freezing and the hot tub was okay.

I would definitely stay again and would recommend it to others. Our room was very clean and spacious. Had a nice hot tub and pool. Breakfast was good. Price was reasonable. The lady that checked us in and checked us out was very polite.

It was very quiet. The room was spacious for our needs. The beds were comfortable. The morning breakfast was superb. All in all, the facility was exceptional.

We enjoyed our stay at the Quality Inn. The room was clean and the bed was very, very comfortable. The only thing that was a minor problem, was our tv had a line going down the center of the picture. Not terrible. We let the receptionist know. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

The property was very nice and quiet, with a nice lobby/breakfast area. It was a bit farther from downtown than I expected, but the traffic was manageable. Overall, a very pleasant stay.
