"The staff was so nice and helpful"

"We had a wonderful experience during our stay. From the concierge to wait staff and housekeeping, everyone was friendly and very attentive. Our room was pristine and refreshed/restocked daily. We stayed in a large balcony king overlooking the river. So relaxing having a cup of coffee in the morning and glass of wine at night listening to the river! We also attending a bridal shower in the conservatory and the set-up was beautiful. The staff helping with the event were great as well. "

"Physical product was solid, no service at bar, couldn’t even get a wine glass from the bar, was jaded a paper coffee cup instead. Just lacking in the service area unfortunately."

"Overall, it was OK. I did call down to the office to request extra blankets. All I got was I’ll see if I have any. Nobody came so obviously they didn’t feel like going to get any more so I literally had to go to Meijer and buy blankets. I wasn’t really happy about that."

"Television didn’t work Night manager was very rude and not helpful at all. Said she had a bad leg and couldn’t get up to check out the TV in the room that wouldn’t work."

"We were happy with how we were treated and the politeness of the staff. The only thing I can say I was upset about was they never told me about the deposit and what it’s even for and then I told the I was paying cash for my stay and was still charged. But I did call and they fixed it. "

"No shampoo or soap. Tub has mold and rust. Room smells."

"The bar was not opened. They advertise Starbucks coffees but didn’t know how to make them. We didn’t try the breakfast food"
