"The staff and everything was great. The beds could be a bit more comfy, but thats just me, and hopefully after all the construction, the mustiness in the hallways will clear. Other than that, my kids had a very good time, look forward to visiting again. Only thing i had an issue with was having to sleep with a wrist band, and at check paying more than anticipated, although part could be my fault. I would have loved to have paid most of that when i booked rather than what I paid at property, the deposit plus parking, i paid hotel fee, deposit and parking all at property. Would have been better for me to pay hotel fee, and parking at booking. Overall though things were good. Plan on visiting again and hopefully be more prepared next time. Thank you"

"The rooms were not as described the mattress was smaller than the bed frame. The mattress was a twin mattress on a metal queen bed frame. If you get up in the middle of the night you will hurt yourself climbing off the bed. No breakfast included. They will not Clean your room during your stay. My bedding was stained and had hair on it. The TV was old and you could not even watch anything on it when you turned on the TV half the screen was black. Horrible place"

"Juan at desk was very nice- no towels in room but was rectified when we asked. Bed linens were so wrinkled they appeared used but I’m sure they were clean never had that look before.The room is in much need of repairs spackling and paint and decor . No clock in room and limited tv choices on tv. My husband said the breakfast was fine."

"I felt the room being a little older and I can hear everyone outside my window yelling, talking loud. I know we are in a hotel but it just felt a lil bit uncomfortable. "

"This hotel was nice and clean with newly renovated rooms. Our room was comfortable. The staff accommodated our booking switch up (canceled for the wrong week and let us rebook the right week without any extra charges). The agent at the front desk was very patient when attending to rude guests. I saw her manage late night check-ins and impatient people being rude. She kept an even tone and helped them the best she could. Overall our stay here was easy and parking was not an issue. They also don't charge parking fees which is great. "

"Staff was excellent. The room and location of the were perfect. The Starbucks staff was very friendly. The pool and surroundings were clean. The only complaint was the strong smell of weed during the night. We went during spring break, and yet, it was very relaxing. Very calm environment with a great pool for families of kids for all ages. The pool has a very shallow end with a splash zone for little ones. The hotel has a mini arcade. The Starbucks store sells inflatables, sunscreen, and other essentials. The hotel is very near a big McDonald's with a play place and arcade inside. There are a couple of arcades very close by, as well as a mini golf and gift shops/souvenir shops. I would recommend it if you rather spend more on parks and toys for the kids."

"We had a wonderful stay at Universal's Endless Summer Resort – Surfside Inn and Suites. This hotel is truly perfect for families because everything was clean, well-maintained, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. One of the biggest highlights was the location. It’s ideal if you’re visiting the Universal parks, and the perks like early park admission and the free shuttle made getting around incredibly easy and stress-free. That alone made a huge difference in our overall experience. Another bonus is how close it is to International Drive. It’s just a short walk, and there are so many additional things to do, plus plenty of great food options nearby. Overall, this hotel offers great value, convenience, and comfort. I would definitely recommend it to any family planning a trip to Orlando!"
