"So I was hesitant about staying here after booking this hotel. There were a lot of bad reviews about lack of cleanliness, "bugs", and rude staff members... but I figured it was already booked and we'd see how it'd go.
I'm glad I ended up staying there. My experience was extremely positive! Would I say this is a 5 star hotel? No, however the rooms were extremely clean, bug free, and the property was clean. Plus, with it just being me and my 6 year old.. we felt extremely safe! I've stayed in higher rated hotels that weren't as clean as this was to be extremely honest. Not only is the inside well kept but so is the outside. Almost every morning there was a maintence guy outside and doing things to the property to keep it maintained.
We had a small issue when we first got there with our TV not working at all and I contacted the staff and made them aware. One lady from the desk came right up and tried to fix it and since she wasn't able to, they did move our room. Every person we encountered who works there was extremely nice and would go out of their way to ask what fun things we did that day.
There were some cons (but isn't there cons with anything?). First con being, the pool was closed the first couple days we were there which was a little disappointing"
