"Rented the top tier oceanfront room with balcony for one night. They refused to check me in before 4 but if I wanted to pay a $30 fee, I could check in early. Had to pay $25 to park and another $25 for resort fee for items I could not use due to bad weather. Couldn’t get a late check out unless I paid more. I was allowed to use the room for 19 hours. Not a day. Hotel is clean and well located."

"The rooms were very clean but it had a slightly odd smell. The staff were so sweet and we were offered an umbrella when the weather got dreary. It was a little confusing to find the pool. It was a lovely stay."

"Everything was wonderful here. My only issue was the air conditioning location. It was right beside my head and it was too cold.My face was pretty frozen and can't get out of bed properly because it was right there by wall had to scoot down to get out. I will definitely come back here for my next vacation. Everyone here was wonderful."

"An off season, impromptu trip to Hampton with my husband was made perfect with this hotel. In my 55 years, this was my first oceanfront with a balcony view room. And it was gorgeous! The room was clean and fresh, and quite large! The beds are comfortable and clean. This place is a win win for me. Looking forward to next summer!"
