"Upon arrival the staff was very nice and pleasant. The only disappointment part was the swimming pool was closed down all week, they said, do the kids were disappointed there. Then, upon going to put ice into the ice bucket from our room. The kids noticed that the bucket hadn’t been cleaned well. It had hair and sauce stains inside the bucket and on the top of the lid, which was very disgusting to see."

"This was a great location! It was within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. I also appreciated that the room was clean and quiet and the ice maker worked. The only down side was parking. I was not expecting to have a $20 per night parking garage charge. I feel like that should be included in the room rate. "
