"Funky smell. Like paint over cigarettes smoke. Room was relatively clean. Room had an odor too. Did have to wait 15 minutes for it and we were checking in at 4:30 pm. Safety bar in shower unreachable when entering shower. Need a bar on the other side. Can’t enter shower holding on because toilet in the way. A lot of up and down steps between floor. "The hotel was clean and staff very friendly. The coffee could have a stronger flavor choice. The room was small but sufficient. The TV had issues with dark screen and 2 white spots on it. It needed replacement/service. We weren’t there long enough to ask for another."

"It was clean but nothing was updated. There was a timer for the shower, and everything seemed kind of cramped and run down. I specifically booked this hotel because it had a pool (my son was excited to swim) and was not informed until after I checked in that the pool was broken! I don't think it's a terrible place to spend a quick night but I will probably never go back. I do not in any way feel like I got my money's worth from this location."

"Staff was kind and welcoming. I would say that was the only good part of our stay. Although upon check-in, nobody checked my ID. We stayed on the third floor. There was a commotion of someone trying to kick in a door, screaming yelling and fighting, and then the cops showed up. This caused my daughter to cry and become very scared. "While I was staying for a few days and the rooms were clean I had to request my room to be made and towels to be changed as it was not done automatically. Otherwise, hotel is quiet and clean but far from downtown. Good breakfast. Pretty good stay overall"

"My family stayed for a total of 3 nights. Upon arrival we originally booked a one bedroom suite that we didn’t receive. We were told that other guest had came to upgrade their rooms before we arrived. We did not receive the suite and had to end up purchasing another room to accommodate our family.
