"Only there for one night but property was in great shape. I left medication in the refrigerator accidentally when I flew out of the airport. They found it and kept it cold and safe until my grandson could retrieve it for me. The staff are kind and were trustworthy for my stay. "

"The hot tub wasn’t working which was most of the reason that I booked this hotel. There was SO much noise all night (like 9 PM through until 5 AM). There was a group of teenagers staying who quite literally screamed up and down the hallway, as well as directly outside of the first floor windows all night. No one from the hotel provided any kind of noise control. Additionally there was a car doing donuts and revving his engine in the parking lot all through the early hours of the morning, which I...

"The staff at the desk were super awesome. And the beds felt amazing. The bathroom chair wasn’t the greatest for someone in a wheelchair. And they are getting rid of them. "

"As always The Wren was an exceptional place to stay. Welcoming to pups and the employees who Checked us in and checked us out were friendly and fun to chat with. There was one exception. As we were leaving we asked for a towel from the front desk. Our dog had jumped in the river and we wanted to dry him off a bit before we got in the car. It looked as though the employees were having a meeting. One man looked at us and said, we only have towels with urine on them. We were taken aback a little....
