"They were not clear about house keeping procedures. One employee told me I had to request it but another employee said I didn’t need to. Stayed 4 nights only the last night we got service the other 3 we had to ask for fresh towels."

"Room wasn't very clean, musty smell. Furniture was worn. Light over sink didn't work. Ok for a brief overnight on a trip but if I had to stay there more for than a few hours sleep I wouldn't be happy."

"All the staff were friendly. The hotel was very clean. It was very convenient because we were there for a dance competition in the hotel. The breakfast was good. The food and drinks in the restaurant Malones was great. They even had a special kid menu to accommodate the dance competition kids. The concessions set up for the kids to grab and go were perfect. Thank you. My 2 complaints: a pool would have been great. And, the water pressure in our room shower was very weak."

I stayed here before about a year ago and it was nice but this time there was mold in the bathrooms and the carpets were full of dust, the elevator didn’t work the TVs didn’t work and the manager was rude. I saw here cussing at guests and tried to throw them out for requesting face towels. She said she didn’t want kids in her property, I saw them towing cars of registered guests"
