Every bit of the experience from the time I walked in to check in to the time I left was very very good. The friendly staff, the cleanliness and the service was absolutely wonderful. "This place needs an update. The air conditioner/heater was so loud I had to turn it off even after the staff said there was nothing they could do. The toilet had stains in it. The furniture was in poor shape. And this poor rating is for the mini-suite!"

"During our stay, both the hotel lobby and our room had an unpleasant smell. We requested towels from the front desk, and they were never delivered Also , housekeeping never cleaned our room during our stay. The next day, we asked again for towels and washcloths and were told housekeeping would bring them, but they never did. I eventually went downstairs and found housekeeping myself— they only had two towels and no washcloths, which were taken from a black garbage bag. Overall, I rate this...

"Yes A/C was working, and plenty of shops near by. I know the area well."

"This was the most dirtiest place I have ever been to before. The room smelled awful there were burgers smeared all over the walls, stains all over literally everything walls counters and the window curtain even had blood on it. The toilets don’t flush. Burns all over the toilet seat and all the pubes in the sink. Absolutely awful stay far away from this chain. I also have photos of everything as proof."

"The bathroom was dirty with stickies from previous guest still present. Hair on the floor and on the curtain in the bathroom. The floor was dirty and the staff that helped me when checking in was very rude. Not very hospital at all. I was only greeted with hospitality when checking out."

"This facility is in need of a remodel. It is showing its age and really needs a face lift. The staff is was exceptional. There was a problem with our first room and we were moved to a room for the night. The next morning we were moved to a room comparable to what was book. The staff is doing the best in a facility that needs help. This is my third stay on the past 6 months. It is convenient and the staff is great."
