"Although you are warned there are no tea and coffee facilities in your room, this is a big let down to any hotel. Being unable to make a simple cup of coffee or tea on a night or in the morning , was very low standard for this hotel , it’s a very basic need customers and not difficult to provide ."

"A lovely hotel in the centre of Cartagena! The staff were really helpful and friendly especially the chap on the desk who encouraged me to use my Spanish and answered me slowly to help me understand. Would definitely go back it's a lovely area full of history and lots of lovely bars and restaurants."

"Our first stay at 525 and it was excellent, great location and not far from the beach....the hotel itself was very clean and the staff kind and helpful , the breakfast buffet was plentiful and well maintained. Overall my wife and I will definitely be back. Thanks"

"Dry good location. In the middle of two nice beaches. Almost 40 mins from major two cities if you want to do a little sightseeing. Pool is big enough for all too. Rooms are clean and with an air con. Stuff was not very good with English but helpful and quick to use google translate."

"This is a very beautiful building centrally located which allows you to walk to the most interesting places to visit in the city. Its rooms are comfortable with everything you need. The breakfast is delicious and very varied. Staff are great and helpful. Parking can be done in the near Plaza España and you can get a discount with a hotel voucher"
