For the price it was great. Room was clean. Bed very comfortable. Staff wonderful. It is an old hotel needing upgrades. The bathroom shower didn't work and the flooring and wall plaster was coming off in places but we only paid $50 a night (dollars occupancy) during War Eagle craft week. I would stay there again.

I've stayed in a lot of hotels over the years as I travel a lot for business and pleasure. Once in a while a place like this catches my attention because of not only affordability but what you get with that cost. This ASA Hotel was a breath of fresh air. My check in staff was extremely nice, attentive and knowledgeable about my quest for information not only about the hotel but local attributes. The room smelled clean and was clean, it boasted a full kitchen and closet area, the HVAC worked perfect with low noise output, easy to use TV and the location was close to many things. I travel to this area a lot and have stayed in other hotels, including right next door but I will now use this one exclusively.

I had a very comfortable stay here! The air conditioning worked great, room was clean, staff was friendly, they even worked out a deal with me price wise when my stay had to be pro longed. No complaints, I’d stay here again!

The staff were amazing - every single one of them were kind and helpful. Location was great for what we needed, the room was spacious and it was nice to have a kitchenette. The only complaint we had was the carpet & loveseat felt disgusting or greasy, to the point we wore shoes the whole time and didnt touch the couch, and the patio door would not open due to the floor or carpet being buckled. For a last minute booking it worked out but we probably wouldn't stay there again due to the grimy feel.

There were loose bathroom tiles in the entryway to the bathroom in room 316. Kitchen is very small, 2 burner stove but sufficient for our short stay as we only used the refrigerator and microwave. Hallway carpets need replacing or re-stretching as there are raised areas where it’s coming loose in the middle of the carpet. The manager and person checking us in was super nice and accommodating but when my husband called the front desk later to inquire about the WiFi password, the lady he talked to was quite rude. Overall, the room was very clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, the air conditioning was cold, and the place was quiet. Would consider staying there again as it was definitely affordable.
