"Les "+" : L'appartement était propre et très fonctionnel (lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, four, micro-onde, cafetière Nespresso...) ; très bien situé (très proche des lieux touristiques, salle Palais des Congrès). Les "-": se trouve dans rue dans où il y a plusieurs bars donc un bruyant tard le soir ; pas d'ascenseur."

"Stop looking and stay here! Fabien’s hospitality made it so worth it. Met us upon arrival, very clear instructions and he brought us a fresh breakfast in the morning. Flat has everything a family of 4 (two young teen kids) could need. The location couldn’t be better, minutes away from historic sites and amazing food options. No street noise. Can’t say enough about how great the stay was, will return and stay here again, without hesitation. Merci Fabien!"

"It's very convenient to get to the nearby Paris Expo Porte De Versailles exhibition center, just a 10-minute walk away. There's also a small Carrefour supermarket within a 10-minute walk, making it easy to buy groceries. My accommodation was like an apartment-style hotel, with a kitchen, microwave, and other facilities, making it convenient to heat up food. I was very satisfied and hope to stay here again next time."
