"The place is seriously dated and in need of upgrades. My curtains were torn and unusable and with the sun beating in on one of those 100 degree days I was nonplussed. A quick discussion with the very accommodating desk clerk had the curtain “fixed” in no time (still needed replacement because it now couldn’t be opened - Lol.) Needed to find a plug and looked behind the nightstand - quite dusty. Breakfast was pretty ok. Staff who checked me out was quite personable. So 10 for the staff,...

"Overall this is a great hotel. Super clean and the perfect location. However, the noise level in our room was intolerable. Do NIT stay in rom 203, if offered refuse it! The music from the restaurant directly below it starts around 5pm and didn’t stop until 10:40. The bass (thumping) was far from relaxing. I complained and was offered to change to a different room across the street. By then we were exhausted from being out in the 100 degree heat all day, we didn’t feel it was worth the effort....

When I checked in I saw the condition of the office and I knew how the room would be. I asked for refund and was told Expedia would contact the owners for a refund. Of course they were unable to reach them. That tells me they know how bad it is. Pass this place up."

"I loved the room we stayed in. It was clean, well organized, and beautiful. The property itself was also very nice. The only issue was the temperature. The room stayed around 77 degrees, which made it difficult for me to sleep comfortably. We checked in late, and my husband had to be up at 5:00 a.m. the next morning. The front desk offered to move us to another room or send maintenance. By then it was close to midnight, and my husband was already asleep. I wasn't going to wake him up to pack...

"Breakfasts were ok. Bar needs to be opened Earlier maybe 3:00. Housekeeping was sadly lacking. We stayed 5 nights. On the 3rd day we had to ask for towels and trash removal since household had not been there since check in. They came with towels and emptied trash, that’s all. Never had clean towels after that. Our, bathroom was never cleaned, no new beverage glasses provided at all. Bed never made entire stay. Informed front desk at check out. Clerk was nice and apologized."
