"Absolutely Disgusting — Checked Out Immediately and REFUSED a Refund This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The room was absolutely filthy and completely unacceptable. The sheets were stained, the pillows had marks that appeared to be bodily fluids, the lampshades were stained, and the walls were covered in dirt and marks. The room was clearly not properly cleaned. The common areas were equally disgusting. Wallpaper was falling off the walls, the refrigerator was...

"Service was very bad, it seems they were overbooked and had to put us in a different location that is so dirty on the third floor with no elevators. More importantly the room drainage was clogged and it flooded soaking all our luggage. I have videos"
