We loved our stay here! Super friendly staff, great location, it was clean, and nicely decorated. The hotel booking us an early taxi to the airport was incredibly helpful too. We’d recommend staying here and stay again ourselves!

This is one of the best and friendliest hotels I’ve ever stayed at! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and pleasantly cool despite the extreme heat in Rome. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome!

Best accommodation experienced in Europe. Rooms were elegant and the receptionist was best in class. They stored our luggage until check-in and then moved them up to our rooms. She provided excellent recommendations for the local area. If we come back to Rome, we will stay at this hotel!!!

This is a beautiful hotel in the heart of the city central of Rome. Surrounded by many wonderful restaurants, great shopping, and accessible to the subway or taxis!! The hotel is in a building that is from the 1800’s and is decorated accordingly! The staff is very warm and friendly, as well as accommodating, allowing us to check in early. Room was very comfortable and extremely clean. My only suggestion would be to have small refrigerators in each room instead of a community one to share! If we ever return to Rome, we would definitely stay here!!!

Our stay at Arpinelli Relais was absolutely wonderful. The location could hardly be better—right in the heart of Rome, within easy walking distance of the Trevi Fountain and many of the city’s most beautiful sights, yet the property itself feels peaceful, private, and secure. Everything was exceptionally clean, elegant, and thoughtfully maintained. We felt completely safe and comfortable throughout our stay. A very special thank-you to Zara, who checked us in and gave us such a warm welcome. Her kindness and professionalism were a perfect beginning to our Roman experience. Arpinelli Relais is a true gem, and we would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

Having stayed at Arpinelli Relais twice now, I can say that it is still the best hotel I’ve experienced in Rome. Rooms are spacious and clean, employees are nice and helpful, super close to the Trevi Fountain and not far from the Barberini Metro stop. I would recommend staying here.

Very convenient. At the center of everyplace I need to visited . Restaurants and bars ….. all around . Love how clean this hotel is and great staffs. The property owner lives there for 5 generations.
