This was a fantastic place to stay for a night. We took a 2nd class train from Siena the night before our flight home. The train stopped right infront of the complex. There are two hotels - we stayed in at Fiero 2 which you get to by walking the overpass but it's litterly 50 meters away. The check in was fast and easy, the room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. The service was also fantastic. The batteries in our safe were dead and we asked for extra pillows - the girls at the front desk took care of everything asap. We had concerns before we arrived as my wife had read some reviews on trip advisor where people complained about the room not being clean but it was perfect for us. The hotel is also right next to a mall. Again a review my wife found, complained about the mall being dirty etc. Nothing could be farther from the truth. This is newer mall with some higher end stores, coffee shops, a great grocery store, a food court and an Ikea! Since we travelled by train all day we were starved. I started with a plate of Swedish meatballs from Ikea and my wife had a cinnamon bun. We moved onto the food court and we both had Burger King Hamburgers (we have been traveling in Italy for 6 weeks so we didn't feel like pizza or pasta. lol). The hotel also has a shuttle service to the airport. It was $6 Euros each, they dropped us of right in front of our terminal. Overall, perfect place to stay prior to flying home at a great value price.

Very close to the airport , which was why we chose to stay there our last night. The room was a little too warm for sleeping , however the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Not much near by except a mall. We didn't expect much because we were mainly staying to be close to the airport for an early flight. It was nice that there was a shuttle bus for the airport. There was a charge , but not very much. Overall a good room fotmr what we needed. The elevator was slow going in the morning, so make sure you give yourself plenty of time when going down to catch your shuttle.

A nice hotel to stay for next day airport travellers. A big shopping mall is next to the hotel so there are a few restaurants around. The hotel is close to the airport and providing shuttle buses to the airport ($6 euro per passenger) . And it is easy to arrive by taking trains FL1 from the airport. Staff are nice and the room is clean. Recommend for travellers who will go to the airport in the next day

Needed a quick stay overnight before leaving the Rome area. Took a train from the airport which was great - it was one stop away from the airport and right beside where you get off! Couldn't be easier! It was clean, breakfast was perfect, took a shuttle that's offered for €6 pp back to the airport. Check in was busy but several people showed up at once so couldn't do much about that. The bed was comfortable and it was surprisingly quiet being close to the tracks and airport! Would recommend!

Stayed here one night just to get closer to the airport for departure. Room was clean breakfast was good. Staff is friendly. Bed is very soft if you prefer a more firm mattress this might not be the stay for you. The main light switch turns off all the power in the room, very confusing on how to use the switches and the the ac unit on. Otherwise was good for one night. Not much to walk to if planning a stay in Rome, would have to learn the metro and train stations.

Could use better access to food in the evenings when people come in between six and 10 o’clock. Too far to really walk for food. Shuttle was difficult to find in the room airport. But obviously very easy to get from the hotel to the airport in the morning. About is normally good as an airport hotel King should be.

I was really disappointed in my experience, especially after reading all the good reviews-I am not sure if I just got unlucky? My room was dirty and had a bad odor, the floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, and my bed was actually caving in! I could hear the gentleman in the next room snoring- the walls are paper thin. To be honest I didn’t feel safe. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Also, it’s a 15 min drive from the airport.

The idea of an airport hotel was to be fully relaxed for our flight the next day. We needed to use the shuttle to get there but could not find hiw to use it. The hotel did not a respond to emails or expedia messages. Only 1 shuttle an hour so this meant it took 90 minutes to get there from the airport. We had booked 2 double rooms. 1st they tried to check us into a triple room. Then they gave 2 twins. To give the hotel credit we got this sorted. Room access is by code so it is crucial that the computers track bookings and room allocations.My sister was alone in a room. Someone attempted to gain access at 11 but couldnt, she assumed it was a mistake. But then later she was woken from sleep by someone entering her room and switching the light on, having been told it was their room. A fundamental need for single women travellers is to be safe. It was clear this hotel do not value the safety of guests, she did not sleep & barricaded her door. Breakfast ok. Shuttle back not problematic but only 1 an hour and 36 euros was steep. The nearby shopping centre is good. But i cannot reccomend a hotel that cannot manage bookings and cannot keep travellers safe.

Room is clean and feels pretty new. Also great area since there train literally drops you off at the entrance and a mall nearby. The staff was amazing. I was only here for the night since it was close to the airport and needed a shuttle at 4am, which the associate asked before I got a chance to. She even offered to have breakfast packed for my daughter and I which is above and beyond! Highly recommend.

La ubicacion del hotel para vuelos que llegan después de las 11 pm es un problema porque aunque queda en Fiumicino, taxis designados a esa área prácticamente no hay y es mentira que el shuttle del hotel sea 24/7, yo escribí al hotel para intentsr coordinarlo y ni siquiera me contestaron. Asi que es un hotel para quedarse cerca pero no llegar cerca de la medianoche o de madrugada porque trasladarse a él es un verdadero problema y los taxistas designados a Roma se aprovechan. El empleado de recepción cuando llegué parecía molesto por la hora de mi llegada, fue escueto y hasta grosero, me entregó las indicaciones y se fue de inmediato a su cuarto. En la mañana, chica cuando hice el check out y le pregunté por la estación de metro, sólo me dijo " al otro lado, allí está " y no me permitió preguntarle nada más. Fue una experiencia desagradable
