Lovely stay , the owner very helpful both before the trip and on arrival . Liked the relaxed feel of having our entry keys with no restrictions .

Lovely centrally located B&B 2 minutes walk from the colosseum although it can be seen from the balcony - amazing view of it at night. The rooms are clean with fresh towels everyday. The owners leave you to it and were only there on check in. There is a pizza place opposite which is good for a snack before or after a long day and a 24 hour shop at the end of the next road down.

Clean hotel with a comfortable room and a nice balcony. Staff and the owner were very friendly. Location is excellent, close to the colleseum, but on a quiet enough street and there are some good restaurants nearby that are reasonably priced. If I am to go back to Rome I will stay there again.

After reading other customer reviews we were careful to look at the buzzers for the hotel name and in the end didn't have a problem finding it. We were greeted by Antonio and shown to our rooms. We had two rooms, one for me and my daughter, and my parents stayed in another. Although we paid the same price my parents room had a balcony with a view of the Vatican and Colosseum whereas ours had a window that looked out onto the yard between buildings. Unfortunately on the wall outside our room was some kind of water tank/boiler which made a horrendous noise when taps/showers were turned on and sometimes when there was no water running at all. One night this kept me awake past midnight and then started up again early the next morning. Very frustrating. Didn't see much of any staff and the breakfast table wasn't restocked during our 4 night stay. We had a hard mattress on our bed and it creaked loudly every time we rolled over. My parents, however, had a much more comfortable, less noisy mattress. Overall the b&b was ok. I was disappointed given the reviews I had read but then I think if we had been in one of the other rooms perhaps we would have had better comments to leave. I would recommend to a friend but not for more than a night or 2 and fingers crossed you get one of the better rooms!

Hi Nicola, I'm sorry about noise, I try to solve problem but in August is really difficult to find plumbers available. About mattress, they are 3 years old, however next winter beds will be rennoved. I hope, however, to be able to host you again, a gift awaits you to make me forgive Antonio

B& B location was excellent, unfortunately the establishment do not live up to the reviews . It was VERY basic not enough breakout out for breakfast with a!omitted choice. Did not see Antonio antithetical prevention hand the keys back very poor service.

Julie I honestly do not understand, I'm present at the B & B every day, certainly not there in the early morning but we saw each other almost every day. The Breakfast is practically free h 24, with the coffee machine always available for a tea or chocolate, I check every day if it's enough for all the guests and I did not find things missing. Of course it depends on what you want as breakfast, but I want to remember that I am a Bed and Breakfast and in Rome I can provide (by law) only packaged products. I'm sorry that this has influenced your judgment if you had asked me I could explain it aloud and maybe offer some product of your taste Regards Antonio

It's nothing fancy just a room with a bathroom and have a small balcony it's on the 6th floor the room was ok a bit small they have three rooms in the same apartment The downside is they didn't really explain everything you can and cannot do The upside very close to the Colosseum the 10-minute walk

Honestly I can not understand the meaning of your review, what would you like in a B&B? Nothing to say that from the small balcony you could also see the dome of San Pietro? What did not I tell you?

Lost in Rome B&B was wonderful. Smack bang in the middle of Rome and literally around the corner from the colosseum. In a lovely neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants. Our room was spotless and we had a stunning view from our top floor balcony (we could see the dome of St Peter Basilica). We’d definitely book with Antonio again if we ever returned (which we may do).

Best place in rome!location is great!5min from colosseo..you can find the best pizza on the same street.also gelato and supermarket!easy to find an affordable parking place!

Die Unterkunft ist im großen und ganzen in Ordnung. Die Lage ist Perfekt. Antonio ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Tv Angebot ist doch sehr veraltet. Nur italienische Sender auf einem 14 Zoll Tv.

Nettes B&B das ein paar Minuten vom Kolloseum entfernt ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch zwei Straßen weiter. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

A pasos del coliseo, Antonio buena gente
Pasamos 6 dias en Roma de los cuales el segundo día se descompuso mi esposa, excelente la predisposicion de Antonio preocupado hasta la madrugada que llegó la emergencia, el b&b está muy bien ubicado, 300 mts del coliseo, cerca de los buses, el barrio tiene buenos restaurantes(Numancia), tratamos de ver lo mas importante ya que nos tocaron 4 dias de lluvia...el resto...Roma necesita varios dias dias, es una ciudad hermosa.

Meget anbefalelsesværdigt
Vi overnattede her i 4 nætter, og det var rigtig fint! Super placering, og et fint værelse med en dejlig terrasse. Vi så nærmest ikke til ham der havde hotellet eller andre gæster, da der kun var 3 værelser. Føltes næsten som at have sin egen lejlighed med udsigt til Colosseum :) Det eneste der er at sætte en finger på var morgenmaden, der ikke var til at råbe hurra for. Men derudover kunne køkkenet bruges som man havde lyst til, og der var altid mulighed for en kop kaffe!
