The staff at Hotel Via Veneto are exceptionally welcoming, expert, and helpful. Thank you Roxana, Stephanie, and Drita! The location is outstanding. Our room was comfortable and immaculate and the bathroom was luxurious. Our stay included breakfast, served in style by Frederico, Montoya, and Samele. While the price is high, you get the full value. We look forward to returning someday.
This place is a disaster. I was shocked that Expedia had this place listed as a 5 star on their website. Shower didn’t drain causing flooding when showing, room A/C didn’t work. Staff isn’t helpful and incompetent. When asked to move to another room, they kept saying there wasn’t one available when asking about checking out and getting a refund they said that wasn’t an option to receive the refund was the worst hotel stay of my life if I could give zero stars, I would. they don’t even have AC in their lobby.
This hotel is ver new. Unfortunately, everything wasn't working well. WiFi is very unstable, cut off in every 5 minutes, I needed to re-register very 5 minutes. I gave up.... TV remote control wasn't working at all, No drinking water provided. You better go to the market to get the water before boarding. I told the front desk the problems, but no one care to fix it. No facial tissue paper provided. My goodness.... 4 to 5 stars hotel?
This hotel has been open only a short while and it shows. Room lacked proper amenities. Desk plugs all used by phone, coffee machine etc. Spotty internet. Filthy elevator. No real lobby. Just a plastic desk and a disproportionately large and bright cafe. The whole concept of this hotel needs to be rethought. And the prices require a much higher level of service and amenities. Wire hangers! Broken window handle. Mysterious plastic pipe emerging marble in shower. No turn down service. Etc. The owners don’t seem to understand that a hotel is much more than a room. Big disappointment especially for the premium pricing. They will not be on our list for a return visit. They got one chance and blew it.
