Yes, it was a fine example of Italian hospitality. All the staff were very courteous. Staff made our stay. They were courteous, smiling and interactive. I think they were really spreading Christmas cheer.

Wonderful stay

Wonderful stay! Hotel was very comfortable and service excellent. The pool was lovely and a welcome respite from the heat of the day in the city. It’s about a 30 min walk through the park into the city which we hadn’t quite appreciated but the park was a real treat so it worked out well.

Amazing breakfast and the night we dined in the restaurant was delicious and fantastic. They even sent us up a bottle of Prosecco when they found out it was my wife’s birthday. The staff were brilliant!!

This hotel has the feel of an elegant time in history that has almost disappeared in the hotels today. Everything about it feels luxurious and the staff are so helpful and friendly. Our second visit here and we will definitely be back
