This property is in a great location, making many attractions and destinations easily walkable. The apartment was clean and spacious. Check in/check out was very easy. They arranged pick up from the airport as well as transportation back to the airport at a very reasonable rate. We would fully recommend .

The location of the flat is safe and convenient, but unfortunately, our stay was marred by poor communication and service. The plug sockets in the property were inconsistent throughout, so we were unable to use our standard two-pin adapter and had to scramble to find a three-pin one before the shops closed. The appliances work only in particular areas which is frustrating. The online support team was disappointing—unhelpful and robotic. We reached out for assistance to enhance our stay for a special birthday celebration but received no response at all. Overall, the experience could have been much better if they had been more proactive and attentive.

This place was very nice. We especially liked that they had a washer/dryer machine. The only thing we didn’t like about the apartment we were in is that the bedroom windows could use some blackout blinds. The lights from the restaurant outside were very bright and shined into the bedroom all night making it difficult to sleep. There were drapes in the bedroom, but if you closed them, it blocked the air conditioning.

Although the property was nice the lady at the front desk was just a nightmare to deal with. She was incredibly rude; even denying us access to the room because we told her we would pay the late checkin fee ( yes there is a late checkin fee if you arrive after 7pm) in the afternoon because we had not exchanged dollars to Euros yet. If felt like she thought we were going to pay. Everyone else was nice but this lady was horrible. Ruined the whole stay for us; she did not even open the door for my 11 year old daughter while my daughter was struggling with her luggage.

I absolutely loved the place. We booked a 2 storey apartment with a large terrace. It was perfect for our family of 4. It was everything I was looking for to make our stay in Rome even more enjoyable - clean, spacious, right next to shopping and restaurants. The apartment complex is gated which was very appreciated. This company charged me for damage that was done on there sofa when I did not commit any damage to anything whatsoever this place is just fraud and take your money, they’re staff told me that I should be letting them know about these things but I am a guest not a worker at this company to be looking around or noticing any issues to there rooms, completely unacceptable. Avoid staying here at all costs if you want to get scammed, terrible experience.

I liked that it was clean. I didn’t like that you must check in by 7pm. They don’t have 24 hour front desk. And their restaurants hours were not convenient. Nice, high-end apartment located one block off an affluent shopping street. Next to the Piaza del Popolo and near the subway and a train stop. Near the Spanish Steps. Was a wonderful place to come home to after spending long days exploring Rome on foot. Convenient for walking to most tourist sites.

Best spot in Rome, most of the must see sights are in the walking distance. Restaurant connected to the property is amazing. We will definitely come back to stay again in the future.

This is a very nice apartment, well laid out and furnished beautifully. I could have sworn that it was advertised as 2 bathrooms, but actually had 3...all with a shower. There was 5 of us so it was really nice. Very spacious with terraces etc. Located on a prestigious street with a restaurant downstairs called Babbets which was awesome. We walked everywhere from this location. Highly recommended.
