Hotel Regio was a great choice! Close to the bus station, but on a more quiet street. Friendly staff, nice, clean room. Breakfast was great!

Good value overall

Very comfortable room, specially the bed. The room was quite small but well set up. The one issue was the tub/shower. A bathtub with a wand showerhead. No enclosure (ie curtain) of any kind. Very difficult to shower! Location was great!

Super.

We were welcomed by the friendly staff at the front desk. Room was small, but very clean and quiet. Breakfast was good. Our stay was perfect, even for only one night in Rome. It's close to Roma Termini and has cosy restaurants nearby.

The breakfast was excellent. The room and the bathroom are very small. There is no room to hang your clothes while taking a shower, no curtain in the shower.

Nice staff and close to termini. The big problem was that the room was 27 C at night (it was colder outdoors) and the AC was turned off. We asked for a fan but they didnt have one. Decent breakfast

Regio rates!

Location very good for our short stay in Rome; sightseeing and Ryder Cup Golf. Within 10 minute walk to main train station and metro if required, (needed for the golf). Friendly restaurants on doorstep. The towels could have been better and a lightbulb needed changing in the room. Otherwise comfortable base.

Lovely hotel and even better for the price. Friendly staff, clean hotel. Very typically Italian decor. Has all the facilities you might need, including a hair dryer in the end suite and a fridge in the room. The only negative is it can be very noisy at night if you have a room on the Main Street. So maybe bring earplugs! However, once all of the shops and restaurants have closed for the night (normally by about 1am). It’s fine. Very convenient for Termini Station and all of the main attractions are walkable (within 30 minutes). Lovely stay at a lovely hotel.

Good location, close to metro. Good breakfast (brioches are average) Terrible bathroom: during shower, water floods the entire bathroom. No bidet. On back of hotel there is a restaurant... all fried oil smoke arrives to windows of the room (e.g. room 104, 204 etc...)

Not great- bathroom awful

The bathroom door would not close. The shower/tub had no curtain and just a hose. This could have worked if the hose did not have multiple leaks which made it spray water all over the bathroom. Breakfast was OK. The hotel staff was helpful. The room was very disappointing.

The room was good for the price, the only thing i didnt like was that i was sent to another hotel. they had overbooked and i needed to go to another hotel (hotel lux) with a lower rating than this hotel. It was really messy and didnt give clear instructions

Bathroom had tub with holdable shower head, very difficult to shower with no curtain or barrier- entire bathroom got wet including toilet paper roll. Bed was okay, not uncomfortable, not comfortable. Only 3 pillows in the room. Could have complained about these things, but only thete a couple of days waiting ti go hkme, so didnt bother. Overall not a luxury hotel and not horrible, a good solid place to stay fir the price.
