La señora que nos atendió es SÚPER amable, hace todo lo que puede para hacerte sentir cómodo, el desayuno rico, vistas super bonita, la terraza está espectacular, el cuarto acondicionado cómodo y remodelado, sin duda recomendable. Sobre todo la señora de recepción, es muy linda.

Great, central location to check out many of Rome’s fantastic sites. And the owner was very accommodating to our needs. Would stay there again if we went back to Rome.

Samantha was such a joy. Polite, friendly, knowledgeable. The room was clean. We enjoyed the hot tub on the roof and the balcony off of our room. The location is central to the best attractions and food, highly recommend Trastevere for the food as it’s only a short walk. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family,

J’ai réservé plus d’un mois à l’avance et j’ai eu un changement de date de vol. J’ai tenté de rejoindre l’hôtel à plusieurs reprises pour changer la date. Il n’y avait pas de chambre disponible à la nouvelle date et l’hôtel a refusé catégoriquement de faire une exception pour un remboursement. Ils auraient amplement pu rebooker pourtant la chambre. Selon Expedia, il en revient à la décision de l’hôtel et à leur bon vouloir. Dans mon cas, j’ai trouvé extrêmement décevant et de mauvaise volonté leur refus. Nous étions plus d’un mois avant la date et j’ai fait la demande de changement / remboursement environ 24h après avoir effectué la réservation originale.

Location is top notch! View is fantastic, great views from balcony and rooftop terrace. Room was not the biggest, but the balcony felt like an extension of the room, so it felt much larger when you have the balcony door open. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only small issue was the room smelled a bit damp when you first enter, but it did not bother us since we always have the balcony door open for the view.

I would absolutely stay at this property again while in Rome. It was small and charming and perfectly located for easy walking to all the major sites. It also had a bus and taxi pick up within a block. It was a quiet area at night so it wasn’t loud or disturbing ever. Highly recommended the balcony suite! My only feedback was that I had requested a shuttle for airport pickup and drop-off and they didn’t follow up on the drop off so we had to order our own taxi the night before for a 7am flight out. They did give a prompt response and apology when I did make them aware of this oversight, so I would just recommend triple confirming with them if you need an airport shuttle.

Fantastic location. Very central and easy access to Rome. Super service. Best experience ever for us. Room was perfect with lovely balcony. Roof top shated terrace as well with jacuzi. Perfect venue. On arrival we were a little concerned with the 5th floor location but were happy to see a lift (very small) but very reliable to take us to the hotel reception on level 5 where we were greeted by Josiah and Patricia who made our stay amazing. The continental breakfast was more than sufficient and very tasty! We had breakfast every morning on the terrace where the view was outstanding and breakfast arrived on time everyday of our stay. Room was small but adequate for a short stay (3 nights) and very clean.

Lovely central stay in Rome

Guest rooms were clean and tidy- with Josua and Stefanie extremely accommodating. We had 2 rooms and both had air conditioning. Josua and Stefanie helped with tips for sight seeing to luggage storage. The terrace is a nice perk too, everything is in walking distance. There is also a lift available to take luggage and yourself if you wish to the 5th floor.

We booked a room that specifically included a terrace with a city view, but the room we received had neither. When we raised the issue with Stephanie at the front desk, we were told that we had been given a “nice room” and should essentially be satisfied with it. When we asked further questions, she suggested we were being excessive since the stay was only for one night. She blamed it on the booking service (Expedia) but after speaking with them the issue was not on their end. The main reason we chose this hotel was for the terrace and view, so we were disappointed both by not receiving what we paid for and by the dismissive service. On the positive side, the location is excellent and the rooftop area has a nice view. If you decide to book here, just know there’s a chance you may not get the room you reserved, and the staff may not be accommodating if issues arise.

The room itself, though a bit snug, was very clean and updated and the balcony off of the rooms was a lovely addition! The location was very centrally located and we were able to walk to all of the sites. The entryway and lobby were very run down to the point where I was a bit worried we might need to switch hotels before I saw the room, so just keep this in mind. The staff is very friendly but only there from about 8-4PM and other than that you need a code to get in the main door so it didn’t necessarily feel the safest, but it was good enough for a 2 night stay.

Lille rent værelse med begrænset garderobeplads, og med adgang til lille skøn altan med udsigt til gaden. Også adgang til stor tagterrasse med 2 x spa og opholdspladser med stole borde og parasoller. Flot udsigt. Lille, gammel fungerende elevator op til værelset på 5. sal. Dejlig central beliggende med gåafstand til diverse seværdigheder.
