Daniel was the most gracious host and so very helpful! The unit was a perfect location with a 2 min walk to Trevi and so easy to call an Uber. It’s right in the heart of great shopping and wonderful restaurants.
Location is great. There are so many walkable dining option to choose. Short walk distance to many tourist site. House is very clean. Staff is very nice and house is daily cleaned.
Not a regular hotel. These are apartments, with no kitchen. However, the location is great, located few steps from the Trevi Fountain, sorrounded by shops and restaurants. The apartments are new, very large and comfortable. Katarina was a wonderful hostess, always helpful and pleasant. We will be back.
Nice and clean suites in a very prime neighborhood. 3 minutes walk from trevi fountain. Separate room for kids and a lots of food and wine places all around.
It is very spacious compared to Roman standards as it originally was an apartment building. Daniel, the manager was very attentive and helpful, even prior to our arrival. It is less than 200 m from Trevi Fountain

Liked: Staff & service
Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
The location is excellent — right in the middle of the main attractions. The service is good, and overall it feels like a safe place, aside from one odd incident with a man waiting outside the entrance who wanted to talk.
The main area for improvement would be cleanliness. The sheets could be changed more often, and the property doesn’t quite feel like a hotel in terms of upkeep. Also, there’s no elevator, which made carrying bags a bit of a hassle.
The location of the property is fantastic! We stayed in a double room suite and it was perfect for us since our teenage son had his own space! The rooms are very clean and the bed are really comfy. You can barely hear the noise at night even though you are among the hustle and bustle. Daniel, the porter, is friendly, helpful and full of knowledge and suggestions. He is wonderful.
Very well located, with nice restaurants and shops nearby, near a Metro stop and bus lines, within walking distance of many sights (Colosseum, Roman Forum, Pantheon, and more). Our upstairs room was very quiet and comfortable. Elizabeth did an outstanding job of catering to our every request. Really fine place to stay, and a bargain!
Suite Fontana di Trevi was a very well kept property in a fantastic location. Our room had everything we needed- including bathrobes, slippers, mini fridge and even a snack and Prosecco to welcome us! The staff was very responsive and welcomed us upon arrival. My only complaint would be that the WiFi was incredibly slow. But we just used WiFi when out and about and made due.
The room was beautiful, clean, with a lovely marble bathroom. Large comfortable king bed felt like a temperpedic mattress- I slept SO well! Plenty of shops and restaurants literally right outside the front door and a 2 minute walk to the amazing Trevi fountain. Our room was in the back near the reception desk so we couldn’t hear any noise from our room. Excellent property, we would definitely stay again.
Centrally located to all attractions, very spacious and luxuriously appointed rooms with staff, especially Elizabeth, that provided top quality service and advice. Everything was as good as advertised, Elizabeth made the difference and could be described as the cherry on the cream.
It’s a very small hotel, just 4 room. It was very clean and the bed was super comfortable, and it was quite in the room!! AC in the room was also a huge plus! Ask Lizi, was very nice and helpful.
Two thing, I particularly didn’t like, are first, the hotel located in the insanely touristy area!! And second, WiFi signal was very low, it was impossible to open anything.
Overall I would recommend this place, if you are visiting for 1 or 2 days like me.
You are right in the center of everything. There is an easy walk to the metro to go further out. The breakfast is served to the room, and it was large and very good. The staff was super welcoming, and they will help with the bags because there is no elevator. The room was very spacious and clean. There is a great trattoria, Piccolo Arancia, within 100m. Make a reservation for it, or be prepared to wait. We would definitely stay again.

Suite Fontana
I expected this place to be a hotel but for some reason, i’d consider it as apartment. The location is within walking distance to Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and other famous attractions in Rome. If you’re looking for a more quiet stay, I would choose a different place because it can get noisy and busy especially at night. The reception person provides you with an old school key that sometimes doesn’t work. The key to my room got stuck as I tried to open the door. The owner taught me tricks on how to open it but its just so annoying that I have to adapt to the problems that could have been easily resolve by repairing the key. The staff was very helpful in a way and because the reception only has limited hours of check in from 2pm to 8pm, I emailed the reception to wait for me until 10pm and they did. Overall, my stay was okay although I would think harder whether I want to stay here again.
Wonderful hotel! Located just steps from Trevi Fountain and several bus stops. Easy to get around the city from these stops. Room was pristine and air conditioner was heavenly as Rome was HOT last week! We booked a junior suite and had 2 bedrooms-master with queen bed, twin bed in other bedroom. Great roomy bathroom with nice sized stand up shower. My hubby is 6 feet 4 inches tall and most showers in Italy he was hitting his elbows-no worries here! We arrived early and met Lizzie-who was phenomenal! She showed us around the room, quick tutorial on how to use the coffee maker, explained where we were on a map and what bus would help us the most to get back to the property. She even helped drag our luggage up to the room and back down when we left! I had to text her for a couple of questions and she was very quick to answer and offer help. Every hotel should have an employee like her! This was not the case when we checked into the Hilton Rome Airport and they could use some tips from Lizzie!
This hotel is off a busy street/alley but the noise really did not bother us and we live in the suburbs on a very quiet street so you would think we would be extra sensitive. Windows were double paned which helped. I have already told 2 people to book here that have expressed interest in going to Rome. Just book it-you won't be disappointed!
