I had a great stay overall! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The location was amazing because everything you need is nearby, including restaurants, cafés, shops, and plenty of places to explore, with many things within walking distance. The air conditioning didn’t work as well as expected, although it did cool the room a little. Aside from that, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this property.

The hotel is perfectly located about a 4 minute walk to Trevi Fountain. It is also at the intersection of Via del Corso and via Dell'Umilta, which allso makes a 2 min. walk to the Panteon. The hotel is part of a building, so the entrance does not look like a hotel lobby. The actual lobby is on the second floor (you will have to walk 3 short flights of stairs to get to it). Don't be discouraged by the lower entrance appearance. The room I got was the single and it was very clean and it was perfect for a solo traveler like me. Good number of outlets and connections to charge your gadgets. But what made this place really pleasant was the staff. They were super friendly and helpful (big shout out to Francesca, who was always cheerful and super helpful!). AC was a life saver as summer temps got to 36C outside.

Staff was very welcoming, rooms were clean, hotel was walking distance to most of the monuments. Only thing that could have been better is having our own control of the thermostat and are control as the room was very stuffy.

Beautiful old building, great location and very confortable room, spacious bathroom. Definitely worth every penny, highly recommended, the staff was amazing. Only draw back, no elevator and you have to carry your bags 1 flight. Also, make sure the cab leaves you in the corner of Av Corso, otherwise is a long walk over old pavers.

I had an amazing stay at The Couper Hotel in Rome! The location is excellent! walking distance to all the main attractions, steps from fontana de trevi, Parthenon, restaurants, and cafés. The room was spacious, modern, and super clean, with great attention to detail. The staff was incredibly attentive and made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome!

New, clean and comfortable hotel! Very friendly staff! The location is very good, central and it felt safe. You can walk or easily access many central sights from the hotel. The room was facing the main road, but it was not noisy. I had an amazing stay and I will definitely repeat when I am back in Rome.

We had an excellent 2-night stay at The Couper Umiltà, made truly special by the outstanding service from the reception team — especially Martina. She went above and beyond to be kind, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful towards my son, which meant a lot to us and really stood out. Her warmth and professionalism are a real credit to the hotel. Despite non-stop rain during our stay, the hotel’s very central location allowed us to walk everywhere we wanted to go, with the Colosseum only about a 20-minute walk away. The only minor downsides were that there is no lift (stairs only, so not ideal for those with mobility needs) and there was no safe in the room. Overall, a wonderful stay thanks to exceptional staff and a great location — we would definitely return.
