Good location, free breaky, good sized room, cheap

Joey was really friendly and helpful. He allowed us to check in at 10am which was amazing! It is a small hotel with only around 4 rooms. The plus sides - good location! Close to trevi and spanosh steps. Free breakfast if you ask for the gold card for the cafe around the corner. Resonable bed. And FREE avail champagne which was lovely. Cleaned bedroom every day! & The price was incedible! Down sides- building is old so you can hear neighbors and people walking at all times, i would suggest to joey to add another door to avoid the noise from hallway. Our shower was also terrible, luke warm and spraying everywhere! And it broke in the middle of my shower (joey to the rescue straight away :) ) Regardless i was happy we stayed 5 nights and saved a fair bit of money as other hotels in the area were so expensive! Thank you Joey. If these few thinga got fixed it would extra amazing.

Décevant : le lit est trop court, il est annoncé comme lit double alors que ce sont deux matelas simples, peu confortables, accolés l'un à l'autre; pas de réception; départ à 10:30; le petit-déjeuner qui n'en est pas un puisqu'il n'y a pas de salle pour le prendre, vous recevez un bon pour aller dans un bar à proximité où on vous sert un "cornetto", un café et un mauvais jus d'orange en brique. Point positif néanmoins la jeune femme pleine de bonne volonté qui vous accueil et la propreté.

Disgustingly filthy & dirty room

We checked in at Tolentino Suites in Rome, Italy on 06/10/19 & encountered several problems: -Mold in air conditioner. -Air conditioner didn’t cool down. Improved somewhat after sending an email. -Rubber mat in the shower was filthy. Tub was clogged & therefore was filling up with water after only a few minutes in the shower. -Shower head kept spraying all over the floor, making it a slippery mess. -One of the hinges holding the lid on the toilet was broken. -Air conditioner is behind a long curtain that blocks the air flow to the room. What options does anyone have? Open the curtain & loose privacy & have a room full of light at night time or block the air flow? See pics. -Breakfast is a SCAM. You can choose only 3 items: 1 tiny juice, 1 coffee, and (1 croissant, or 1 yogurt, or 1 cereal) & coffee. This is NOT “Gold breakfast”. *If you want to eat one more item, it costs extra. If you want to eat 2 extra items you pay even more. - Trash in the trash cans are not picked up daily, they are cleaned whenever. - Room & bathroom are not clean, the floors were sticky & the room smelled weird. - Safe box is worthless. It has a regular key & for sure the hotel has a master key. Our passports, electronics, money, cards were NOT safe. - Entrance to the building speaks for itself. - Internet is worthless There is nobody onsite. One man operation, you are lucky if your call/email is answered. NEVER AGAIN in this place.

Great Stay would highly recommend

My boyfriend and I booked a room last minute due to missing our flight and needed somewhere relatively cheap to stay. We looked online and found Tolentino Suites and were shocked looking at the pictures at how cheap the room was plus it included free breakfast for two and a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine! When we arrived we were greeted by a male employee who was immediately so friendly, polite and helpful and showed to our room which met our expectations with cleanliness and all amenities we would need. A big plus was also the location which was so central in the city! If we return to Rome we will most definitely stay at Tolentino Suites again !

Muy a gusto en este alojamiento!!!

El hotel lo que son las habitaciones muy bien, ideales para descansar después de un día agotador, habitaciones amplias, silenciosas y muy calentitas, para mi gusto le falta un poco de limpieza, el chico que se encarga de gestionar la estancia es encantador y te lo facilita todo al maximo, gran profesional la verdad que ojalá todo el mundo fuese como el, en general es un alojamiento al que volvería y recomendaría, nuestra suite era la venetto, muchas gracias por todo, una cosa que se me pasa y que me resulta muy cómoda y más sin vas con un niño como es mi caso te gestionan la recogida del aeropuerto tanto cuando llegas como cuando te vas y a muy buen precio mejor que los taxis.

gentilezza dello staff vs odore di cucina

La suite non ha il parquet a terra ma uno squallido pavimento coperto di tappetini altrettanto tristi. Il bagno e minuscolo. La pulizia non è il massimo, ma quello che è intollerabile è la puzza di cucina che pervade l'ambiente. La colazione si fa al bar in strada.

Le foto del sito non rappresentano adeguatamente l'offerta della camera. Sembra lussuosa ma non lo è. La camera è piccola e molto stretta, quasi clausrofobica. Il bagno è appena sufficiente, con la doccia con muffa sulle pareti. Usano prese non a norma per alimentare gli accessori elettrici.

위치도 괜찮고 방도 고져스 한 분위기 :) 5월에 갔는데 약간 추웠어요~ 욕실이 좁지만 방은 유럽치곤 넓은편이고 짐 놓을 공간도 충분해서 3명이서 써도 될만큼 넓었어요~ 요즘 지어진 곳은 아니라 엄청 깨끗하진 않지만 가성비 좋은 호텔 입니다. 재방문 의사 있어요~

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay here at Tolentino Suites! It was quiet, charming, and a great location near the center of Rome! Major sights, shopping and tons of dinning choices are within walking distance. The metro is around the corner making it easy to get around to other parts of Rome or to Termini Station. The room was clean but a bit small. The size of the room did not matter however since we were gone during the day taking in all the sights. It had everything we needed including Wi-Fi. The staff was friendly and helpful. They helped arrange a taxi for us and all our luggage to the airport.

Κεντρική περιοχή σε απόσταση βαδίσματος από Fontana di Trevi και Spanish Steps. Εύκολη πρόσβαση διπλά σε σταθμό μετρό και αρκετές γραμμές λεωφορείων σε ένα ήσυχο δρόμο. Μια παλιά οικοδομή με ασανσέρ στο 2ο όροφο. Ευγενικό το προσωπικό και μας έδωσε οδηγίες για την περιήγηση μας. Καθαρό δωμάτιο, μάλλον μικρό, αλλά πλήρως εξοπλισμένο (προϊόντα μπάνιου, παντόφλες, βραστήρας με είδη ροφημάτων και δώρο μπουκάλι κρασί). Το πρωινό σερβίρεται σε φούρνο καφετέρια στο ισόγειο του κτιρίου και τις Κυριακές στο δωμάτιο. Είμαι απόλυτα ευχαριστημένος από τη εκεί διαμονή μου

Superbe endroit tres bien situe

Nous avons ete tres satisfaits du sejour. L'endroit et la chambre etaient tres agreables et le personel a ete super. Il y a enormenent de choses accessibles a pied et le metro est juste a cote, vraiment une tres bonne adresse.

호텔이라기 보단 B&B에 가까움.전반적으로 만족

바르베니니역에서 5분도 안걸리는 곳에 위치하고 있고 트레비분수까지 걸어서 다닐 수 있으며, 좀 부유한 동네 분위기여서 전혀 위험하지 않았습니다. 방은 콜로세움 방이였나 그랬는데 상태는 사진에서 보던것과 큰 차이 없었고, 생각보다 널찍해서 마음에 들었습니다. 욕실도 넓고 따뜻한 물도 잘 나왔고 바디워시같은 용품도 제공되어 편리했습니다. 주인분도 매우 친절하고 좋았습니다. 비가 온다고 알려주시며 친히 우산도 빌려주었습니다. 두가지 안좋은점이 있었는데 첫번째는 바로 옆방이 식당인지 뭔지는 잘모르겠지만 이틀 숙박 내내 초저녁 6시?부터 밤 거의 12시 넘어까지 시끄럽게 떠들고 웃고 노는 외국인 소리에 피곤해서 푹쉬고 싶었는데 그러지 못하고 좀 짜증이 났고, 두번째는 둘째날 아침 욕실 문을 열었는데 욕조 옆 발수건 쪽에서 작은 검은 벌레 3마리를 목격해서 죽였습니다ㅜㅜ 어디서 들어온건지 원래 있던건지 모르겠지만 놀라서 캐리어는 항상 잠그고 다녔고 침대에 누울 때도 꼭꼭 확인했습니다ㅜㅜ 이것 외에는 모두 만족스러웠습니다.

Ei hotelli vaan B&B!

Iltahämärällä saapuessa todella vaikea löytää perille. Ei näkyvää hotellikylttiä tms. Ainoastaan maininta ovenpielessä. Ei tietoa, miten pääsee sisälle, onneksi paikalle sattui toiset turistit, jotka opastivat. Sivustolla mainostetaan hotellina. Jälkikäteen vahvistuksista kävi ilmi, että kyseessä on B&B tasoinen majapaikka. Vaatimattomuuteen/ rappukäytävän rähjäisyyteen yms tottui nopeasti, eikä huoneessa tullut montaa tuntia oleskeltua. Sijainniltaan hyvä, koska oli kävelymatkan päässä lähes kaikista merkittävistä nähtävyyksistä. Metroasema nurkan takana. Lähettyvillä melko paljon ravintoloita, joista söimme vain yhdessä ja petyimme erittäin pahasti.
