"Beautiful well maintained location! Amazing views! The breakfast buffet was great and so large! Particularly loved the orange juice and cappuccino machines. The restaurant on site has the same menu for lunch and dinner so pro tip eat lunch at the bar with a different menu if you aren’t going out. The shuttle only goes to San Gimignano and runs at 10, 11:15, 1:30 and 5:15. We wish there was a 3PM option but taking public transport is cheap and easy. This is an amazing place to stay to visit...

"This place was very nice, nearly brand new in appearance and cleanliness. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere seems a little too vibrant and geared towards a younger clientele base. The live music on Saturday night was loud enough that it kept us awake well past 1 a.m. Other than that we had a great stay!"

"The building doesn’t look like it has had any money spent on it since the 1980’s.Very shabby hotel, shame on the owners, it could be fab. Had holes in sheets and towels. No duvet it’s a 1950’s style blanket between sheets. Not hygienic these days. Dirt and dust everywhere. Cushions with stains on. One pillow each. Dining chairs in the breakfast room all broken. "This property is very well maintained. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We were very pleased with our stay. One thing to note is that our room was equipped with a portable air conditioning system. It worked well, but would start with a rattle."

"Location is a 15 minute walk to the city center and maybe 15 minutes to the airport. Nothing really stood out in the immediate area worth walking to and the hotel does not have on site parking which I didn't like. Upon arriving to the hotel the room wasn't ready even though it was already an hour after check-in time. I waited a while but staff made it right by offering free drinks on the marvelous rooftop. "Perfect location for exploring Florence. 1mile from the train station (20 min walk). Overlooking the river. Clean. Staff friendly. Good selection of food at breakfast.
