"very very surprised and disapppointed that both Fairfield and Staybridge Hotels have VERY LITTLE First Aid Supplies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The front desk associates didn't know where they are kept and when they found (20 mins later) the "kits" - they were extremely - extremely limited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This definitely needs addressed! Thank you. fyi - needed gauze pads and tape - none available!"

"Washroom door didn't close properly, the toilet paper holder was broken and the pillows were small and very uncomfortable, but the staff were all very friendly, the pool (we didnt use) looked good and the breakfast was beyond perfect (well cooked and kept full)"

"The most I loved about this hotel that it’s saved its unique character. We got a large clean room for a family of 5 with fully stocked kitchen. A bay view with two screened patios 😍and free breakfast included. It’s about 20 mins drive from Everglades and Naples. Stuff is very nice! Highly recommended! Definitely will visit again! Thank you for your hospitality !❤️❤️❤️"
