"Property seems like it is new and is in good condition. Traveling as a family of four the room with two double beds and a pullout was quite small. The rooms do not have queen beds. They are truly double beds. We ended up getting another room to fit our family better. Breakfast was decent and the location was close to the airport, but not too close that it was noisy. "

"Overall the property itself and the rooms were nice...nothing fantastic. I would have rated this place higher except for the staff. I went down to the desk to ask a question and even with a line forming behind me, two receptionists ignored the line to keep answering the phone and help one guest at the register. Wouldn't even look our way or acknowledge us. I understand being busy but they either need to staff more people or provide better training on how to handle busy situations. It does not...

Phone didn’t work in our room, pullout bed was in poor condition and we had to request pillows and blankets for it.
One of the elevators simply didn’t work on our 4th level.
