"Do not stay here. They over charged me close to $400. Never paid me back until 3 weeks later only after multiple times calling them to refund me for their mistakes of overcharging. No apology from management of poor customer service. No voucher for my inconvenience and horrible experience. All covered up by staff and managers. Disgusting customer service and dirty rooms"

"The room was clean and comfortable, good for a short stay to attend an event at Olympic Park. The only issue with the room, was a lack of power points throughout the room. Usually you would expect a few on each side of the bed, however the only available points were at the desk or in the bathroom. Made it difficult to charge the various devices we all have these days. If staying again I would recommend bringing a power board and an extension lead."
