"The hotel was pretty good in general. Room was fine: very clean. Slightly old-school grandparent vibe instead of funky Newquay surfer vibe, and some of the fittings were slightly run down if you looked closely, but that's being really critical. "Lovely villa and convenient location for Porth beach. We had booked for 5 but on arrival there was only bedding and towels for 4. Staff sorted this out super quickly and could not be more helpful. The pool was heated so was a good alternative to braving the freezing seas!"
