"We check in at 7:40 PM, only to be informed that the pool closes at 8:00 PM. The big reason we chose this hotel was for the indoor pool, for the kids to swim since the weather was terrible. They also said the pool don’t open until 12:00PM the next day. We come down for breakfast around 8:00 AM after everyone had shower only to see kids in the pool. "Love this place but when it comes to Summer time I wish the lazy river and pools were doubled. There’s so many people. I love it though. Clean up was lacking around the pool area (cups and towels everywhere) were piled up and I had to throw stuff away to make room for my family. Other than that, always fun, relaxing and amazing!"

"The hotel was a step up from a motel. Comfortable beds and decent pool. Breakfast staff had a hard time keeping up with keeping the food stocked and front desk staff were pretty unfriendly. Not the best stay and had higher expectations but it did the job."

"Staff was nice but the room was not as clean carpet was nasty with old stains bathroom has some mold on shower and i didn’t have trash can in room no tv remote the hair dryer was not working the door was jammed from the lower corner as if someone was trying to break in the room. Elevator lights for the floor numbers was hanging out such a electrical issue and dangerous."
