"The property itself was very clean, modern and very nice. The bathroom was spotless, and the linens lookked new and fresh. The room was spacious and quiet. I would give this property 5 stars except i had to wait over 5 minutes at checkin for someone to actually come to the front desk (approx 9pm), and i asked for a late checkout and was told it would cost $30 extra dollars for a noon checkou! (checkout is 11) I travel a lot for work and pleasure, and I have never been charged for a late...

"The property was undoubtedly beautiful. However, I wish it had been better kept. Several surfaces had old stains that maybe cannot be removed now. Several of the decorative couch pillows had fraying around the edges. Not all, but some of the towels were worn from usage over time, hard, and thin. A few orange stains stood out in the bedroom carpeting, and the desk held a tattered office chair.
It’s not the worst but for the money, I expected not to see these things. These seem like simple fixes...
