"The cleaning service is not good and unable to communicate with staff. There was standing water in the bottom of the dishwasher where the cycle was not completely finished. The towels were old and stains were on them and the pillow cases. We had to wash everything before using them. We didn’t have enough towels, so I called the host and she had some door dash to us. The property location to the beach is very good. "

"This is the 2nd time in a month we have stayed at this location due to sickness and then the death of my stepson. We have no problems at all with this hotel. Everyone on staff is very friendly and helpful. We could not get the tv to work the first night. The desk clerk kindly came and explained how the temotes worked. Everything was clean.
