Chalets in Ross County

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Very noisy neighbours on first night. Called reception at midnight, was told I could change rooms tomorrow, but next morning was told none was available. Appealed to general manager, who said same guests were staying on and rooms were available but hadn't been cleaned. By evening, a room was cleaned and I moved. Much quieter.

Super clean, friendly staff, would definitely stay there again.

Hotel location is very convenient for transportation around Chillicothe, there are some really good eating options in the area if you look carefully.

Parking spaces taken up by wagons.

Travelling alone long distance for the first time, I was a little nervous, but the staff were all very helpful and friendly. I felt really at home!

Have stayed here many times and each time I return, everything is as good as it was previously
