Our stay at Hotel B&B in Rostock fell short of our expectations. Despite booking a four-bed room, we were given a room with only three beds, indicating a possible miscommunication between the hotel and Hotels.com. The rooms were uncomfortably small, leaving us feeling cramped and restricted. Furthermore, the breakfast provided was basic and lacked variety, failing to meet our culinary expectations. While the staff were polite, the issues with room allocation and the underwhelming breakfast left us unsatisfied. We recommend that Hotel B&B improves communication with booking platforms to prevent such discrepancies. Additionally, investing in more spacious rooms and enhancing the breakfast offerings would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. We hope that this feedback aids in the hotel's efforts to provide a more satisfactory stay for future guests.

C'est un bel hôtel basique. Il n'a rien d'extraordinaire, mais c'est propre, Internet fonctionne bien et l'emplacement est bon. Il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer une nuit.

Schönes Hotel für einen Kurzaufenthalt, dicht zur Innenstadt und Warnow mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka und Rossmann) direkt vor der Tür. Die Lage direkt an der Straßenbahn ist so gut wie schlecht. Gut, da es die direkte Linie zur Wohnung meiner Tochter ist, schlecht da Straßenbahnen natürlich immer laut sind und man sie recht deutlich hört, wenn man zur Straßenbahnseite schläft. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt sind m. E. die Zimmer zu klein und da es dann auch an entsprechenden Ablagemöglichkeiten fehlt.

Bei meiner Ankunft wurde ich herzlich empfangen und der Check-in verlief reibungslos. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels direkt neben Einkaufsmöglichkeiten war äußerst praktisch. Zudem gab es eine Tiefgarage unter dem Hotel, für die ich lediglich 10€ pro Tag bezahlen musste. Mein Hotelzimmer war sauber und ordentlich eingerichtet. Es gab keinerlei Anlass zur Beanstandung. Ich war sehr zufrieden mit dem Komfort und der Ausstattung. Alles in allem hatte ich einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel und möchte Ihnen mein Lob aussprechen. Ich werde gerne wiederkommen, besonders da meine Reise geschäftlich bedingt war. Vielen Dank und bitte machen Sie weiterhin so gute Arbeit!

Trotz der Straße ruhig geschlafen super schalldichte Fenster. Das fanze haus mavht rinen sauberen Eindruck. wir waren als Paar unterwegs. Die Altstadt ist per Fuß leicht und schnell erreichbar. Gerne mal wieder.

Sehr angenehmer, unkomplizierter Empfang sowie schnelle Zimmerübergabe durch das freundliche Personal . Sehr saubere Zimmer, sowie ordentliche Ausstattung (TV mit normalen Sendern und Sky). In der unmittelbaren Nähe befindet sich ein Edeka, der von 7-22h geöffnet hat, somit kann man sich gut mit Kleinigkeiten selbst versorgen. Trotz der Lage ist die Schlafqualität als sehr gut zu bewerten, die schalldichten Fenster sind Gold wert. Wer sich überlegt, dort einzukehren, sollte einen Blick auf die Seite des Hotels werfen, dort sind die Nächte bis zu 20€ günstiger.

Det er anden gang vi overnatter på stedet, i forbindelse med weekend/julemarked i Rostock. Stedet ligger lidt uden for byen, og det giver mulighed for at se den historiske by og huse - på vej ind til centrum. Alt i alt en god oplevelse på dette overnatnings sted. Skulle noget væree bedre, og noget der virkelig undrer os, så havde de for mange gæster til også at kunne tilbyde os morgenmad. De havde ikke kapacitet. Lidt underligt ikke at kunne få morgenmad!! Receptionen ville ikke ringe efter en ønsket Taxa. Dårlig service

Leider sehr laut, direkt an den Bahnschienen gelegen. Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich, fast schon provokant, nicht nur uns sondern auch anderen Gästen gegenüber. Wir haben was anderes bezahlt, als wir eigentlich gebucht hatten und dies war dann "plötzlich" nicht mehr rückgängig zu machen. Wir sind durch unsere Familie häufig in Rostock, aber das B&B am Hafen? Nie wieder!
