Hotel Best Western di Roswell

"The room reeked of a heavy mildew smell and it was awful. My things even smelled of it when I left. It was hard to breathe in there but after all the trouble I went through I couldn’t bare trying to find yet another hotel or room somewhere. They need to strip that room down and do a deep clean and use an ozone machine to get rid of the awful smell. And the whole building smelled like weed and cigarettes."

"Staff were great. Regular breakfast with waffle maker, omelette and sausage and hasbrowns. Nice and clean lobby. Room was clean and quiet."

"Property was subpar room was very small overpriced for zero amenities and the staff were overbearing and less than helpful stayed for one night and would NEVER stay again."

"Maybe for sanitation but used too much detergent for bed sheets. Smell was so strong that gave me headaches. There was no cups except the thin plastic cups for the bathroom use. Body lotion was n’t provide. Breakfast was minimal. Fruit was green apple only. They provide scrambled egg but I don’t eat egg yolk. I wish rather have boiled egg."

"Big hole in my wall and I bought food and put in refrigerator it spoiled I have a son with sickle cell his meds have to stay cold the fridge went completely out woke up to disaster nasty hole flies in my room"
