"This was the only hotel available when George Strait was in Lubbock otherwise I would've left. You have to check in with a kiosk, there is no front desk help. The 1st room i was given was under construction, then I was told room 230 was not the one I went to that was labeled 230 but a room on the 1st floor near the front desk that didn't even have a room number on it. That 2nd room only had one bed when I reserved 2 beds. Back to the kiosk I go, 3rd room was already occupied! Their belongings all over the bed, glad I didn't walk in on anyone. 4th room which wasn't even ready before we had to leave for the concert was ok. It was only one night but if there were other options, I would've left."

"It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen did not have any glasses. The website says it serves breakfast in the morning, but there was no breakfast. There is nobody at the desk, you have to talk to a kiosk, but somebody did appear on the kiosk to let me know that there is no breakfast there, you have to go to the hotel next-door for breakfast. Went next-door and they had stopped serving breakfast. Had. I known breakfast next-door was in a certain timeframe I would’ve gone earlier. The lady was very nice though and let me have a cup of coffee."

"Upon check in, room was not ready. Eventually they let us in and we had no towels. Room was dirty. Bed skirt had what looked like someone bodily fluids on it. sheets seemed to be clean. I would have cancelled my reservation had there been any availability nearby. "
