"We arrived at about 7:30pm and checked in. On going to the restaurant we found that the evening meal times were 18:00 - 19:00! However, the staff were very helpful and found us a table and we ate then. Bothe the room and the meal were very good, the breakfast too. Unfortunately we did not get a chance to try out the amenities. We would go again."

"A lovely, modern, clean hotel. Very friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was good. The only slight negative was the lack of air conditioning. It was very hot while we were there and although there was a large fan in the room and we could open the doors onto the balcony it was still quite warm in the room."

"Generaly it was OK.But when we came we found difficult to enter the hotel.Access. to the hotel , our room 203 A.C didn't work. Breakfast was good. Communication with the staff at times difficult. We came from uk. Mainly speak English."

"A unique setting in a beautiful area. The hotel is located right next to the Rhine River in a scenic location where the river moves rapidly with a soothing sound. The view also includes a small island that is a pedestrian park. The surrounding historic center city is well preserved and gives you a real feeling for what the area looked like in the Middles Ages. Furnishings are dimple but comfortable. The hotel restaurant is good, but expensive, and there are many other dining choices nearby. The local thermal springs spa at Sole Uno is one of the best in Europe."
