The hotel is well located next to one of the geothermal attractions. Staff was extremely helpful and kind and room was ready before check-in time, what was a blessing. Beds were comfortable and wifi was great.

A bit disappointed about the "deluxe" room, quite small and simple, the bathroom had a old bathtub as a shower, a bit old fashioned. The hotel was quite and we enjoyed the heated pool. At the arrival the staff was not very friendly but after we could sort out a wrong booking, at the end very helpful.

Lovely hotel. A little older but had good amenities. Heated pool and a kids/games room with ping pong table, fooseball, arcade game box, etc. the breakfast buffet was good. Nice selection of fresh fruits and items from around the world including Indian paneer dish and rice. Had a small coin operated laundry (4 NZD per wash or per dry).
